I wanted Welspun click n lock tiles over existing tiles for my house floor and nearby dealer's response was cold. So I googled and found M.V. Enterprises was best rated for personal interaction, promptness and customer satisfaction. I contacted them and they sent Welspun inspector Nagaraj who showed us their collection and took measurements which almost matched mine. I also got a good offer from M.V with proprietor Mr.Chandrashekar clarifying all aspects personally. So I placed the order for heath ripple and evening haze tiles including installation so that I get comprehensive warranty. Mr.Keerthi interacted and atrranged delivery. On the nominated day, Welspun team of 3 came and installed around 820 sq ft of tiles in one day by working overtime instead of the 1.1/2 days given in offer. The team, especially their leader Navi Hasan, was very skilled and even ideated in moving furniture and undercutting doors as these were replaced on existing tiles. The work was done with no dust and hardly any noise. They did a great job and the icing on the cake was to learn unopened tiles boxes would be taken by M.V and refund issued thru a credit note. I highly recommend M.V Enterprises and Welspun tiles if you want to replace old tiles without removing them. Installation is very environment friendly and over in a day. ~ MAHESH U
